Irritating Colleague

This irritating colleague who show no change in her attitude towards pple and work is again on strike. She cant even think logically to complete her stuff...Yesterday, one lady by the name of Mrs LTAK who came personally to pass her documents to HL. So happened, HL was not in office yesterday. That particular colleague called my line and i picked up. She asked me to assist this lady as she on her way to the toilet. She could have asked the lady to wait for a while and get the documents from her. I had to go out and enquire from that lady. So a simple task and yet she had to get others to do. Some colleagues in the same dept find her irritable. Back to the old drawing board. When is she gg to change???
