Again, the same old colleague kept on giving us problems.
She commented that we as younger colleagues have no health problems
unlike she has health problems and unable to work well.
This is not an excuse to get away from work.
Very very very frustrated working with such colleague.
She had been with the department for 2 whole years, kept on making silly mistakes.
Everyone do make mistakes, this is understandable.
Sometimes, we do make mistakes too. Learn from the mistake and not to repeat it again and again. This is unhealthy.
Well, no matter how we advise her, it all fell on deaf ears.
This particular colleague is a hard nut to crack and she kept on building a high wall against us.
No point for her to do so. She is at the losing end and she did not even realise it.
She still have the cheek to say us and commented that we as younger should do more.
We already up to our neck. Besides our work, we have to help her along.
