Uptight

Our new business partner called me this afternoon as i requested him to give us update on the work proceedings. I was not clear what he is trying to say and his facts were not accurate. His answer was unsatisfactory and made me more confused. In the end, he made a mess until boss had to call him to clarify. It was not i wanted to flare up my temper. Another lady colleague of his also one kind, we have forwarded the documents for them to process. She had the cheek to return to us and mentioned that it was not their area of work. So unprofessional. Might as well, i finished up the work and inform what they were required to do.
